Zeffel to Play at Wabash

Glover Earns Academic All-State Honors

Congratulations to Danton Glover who has earned recognition as Academic All-State by the Indiana Football Coaches Association!  Danton joins Eagle alumni Brandon Gierke, Grady McHugh, and Jonah Sanders who each earned academic all-state honors during the past four seasons. 2017 Academic All-State Release

Wabash Valley Football Honors

Recently the Wabash Valley Football Coaches Association met to vote for its annual all-valley teams.  Congrats to the current South Putnam players on their recognition. You can read the Terre Haute Tribune Star article here. Scott Earns All-State Honors

Congratulations to Dalton Scott who earned All-State honors from the Indiana Football Coaches Association.  Dalton made the junior class team as one of three linebackers.  Dalton joins recent alumni Joe Masters, Brandon Gierke and Lucas Lorian as IFCA All-State team members. Six Athletes Awarded All-County Football Honors

Recently, the All-Putnam County Football Team was announced.  South Putnam was represented by the following young men who earned All-Putnam County honors. Congratulations! Dalton Scott Sets Career Solo Tackle Record

Dalton Scott adds his name to the South Putnam Football record book as he set the career solo tackle record this year.  Dalton surpassed Brayden Freeman’s mark of 100 which was set back in 2010.  Dalton ends his junior year with 122 solo tackles.  Congratulations on an outstanding achievement! Fall Season Sports Awards

Last night the fall sports teams met one last time in the South Putnam Gymnasium to celebrate the successes of the season and to award our athletes new letter jackets, blankets, and all-conference and academic honors.
