Girls’ County Swim Champions

            Old man winter has thrown a wrench in many things this year including the Girls’ County Swimming and Diving contest! The meet was combined with the WCC  this year and scored separately. Individual champions were: Katie Jo Beasley  in the 200 and the 500 Maddison Plunkett in diving.

The Eagles traveled to Cloverdale on Saturday to compete in the West Central Conference Wrestling tournament and came out on top for the second year in a row! The 8th grade boys basketball season came to a close on a high note last night with a 42 – 30 victory over conference foe Monrovia.  The Eagles’ set the tone early in the game defensively, shutting out the Bulldogs in the first quarter.  Offensively, the Eagles’ shared the ball well and had many contributors.
