At a highly competitive county swim meet last night, the boys team continued to improve and better their personal best times. The 8th grade lady eagles fell short last night losing to Rockville 37 to 15. The eagles started strong and fell behind quickly in the third quarter. 8th Girls’ BB Improving

The 8th grade girls’ basketball team traveled to North Clay last evening and although not victorious, made some improvements! Coach Lyell reported, “The 8th grade girls basketball team fought a hard game last night against North Clay. Although the lady eagles came out on bottom, losing 33 to 21, we saw great improvements from our first game.

Girls’ County Swim Champions

            Old man winter has thrown a wrench in many things this year including the Girls’ County Swimming and Diving contest! The meet was combined with the WCC  this year and scored separately. Individual champions were: Katie Jo Beasley  in the 200 and the 500 Maddison Plunkett in diving.
